COASTAL/RIPARIAN DEVELOPMENT and ENGINEERING SERVICES

Some of the first projects ever completed by Ernst, Ernst and Lissenden involved development in the coastal area. That was back in 1952, long before the Wetlands Act, CAFRA, the Federal Coastal Zone Management Act an other state regulations governing the coastal zone began to affect coastal development.

Since Ernst, Ernst and Lissenden's first office was established on the New Jersey coast, the knowledge and experience to deal with coastal and estuarine problems was essential. Over the last 35 years, Ernst, Ernst and Lissenden has developed the expertise and reputation to handle the toughest waterfront development problems.
