EXPERIENCE: Mr. Werner has been in responsible charge of surveys, including field crews and office departments. Projects included major subdivision design and construction layout; boundary, ALTA title and topographic surveys; as-built surveys; horizontal and vertical control of aerial topographic surveys, and the preparation of tax maps.

He is throughly versed in all aspects of land surveying, including field data collection by total station and survey by Global Positioning Service. He is knowledgeable of computer aided design and drafting, including digital terrain modeling and error resolution of maps.

He was previously employed as Survey Department Director at Charles H. Mackie Associates, Inc. (1974-1988) and as Vice President of Christie-Werner Associates (1988-1998).
