EXPERIENCE:	John A. Ernst has served as a consulting engineer since 1958, providing civil engineering, planning and surveying to public agencies and residential and commercial developers.
	He has served as Principal-In-Charge for a number of residential and commercial development projects. Mr. Ernst is highly experienced and proficient in overseeing preliminary and final engineering plans and preparing all necessary permit applications. He has a broad background in representing developer clients before planning boards and other regulatory agencies.
	Mr. Ernst has served as engineer and planning board engineer for a variety of New Jersey municipalities including Dover Township, Jackson Township, Eagleswood Township, Ocean Gate Borough and Little Egg Harbor Township.
