EXPERIENCE: John Ernst serves as Project Manager for various Municipal Capital Improvement Projects and private site developments for the firm. He is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of all engineering aspects of a project from design through construction.
  Mr. Ernst's design experience covers all phases of municipal capital improvement programs, including slurry seals, roadway overlays, drainage improvements and roadway construction. He also has designed and supervised the construction of several shopping centers, school sites, single family home developments and health care facilities.
  He has extensive roadway design experience including the access roadways to Palm Beach International Airport, the expansion of PGA Boulevard to six lanes, and perimeter roadways for the Gardens Mall in Palm Beach County, Florida. He also has experience in bridge design and inspection/rating of numerous bridges in the Northeast and Florida.
  Mr. Ernst's most recent design experience included the supervising of design for improvements to the Garden State Parkway Interchange 74 and 88 for the New Jersey Highway Authority. As project manager for Ernst, Ernst & Lissenden he has supervised the right-of-way control work, topographic and cross section data collection, and the right-of-way mapping for portions of Route 526, 527 and 528 which Ocean County plans to reconstruct in the near future.
