EXPERIENCE: Robert Romano has practiced consulting civil engineering, in both the public and private sectors since 1974. His broad experience ranges from concept, design, permitting, to construction and management of projects in municipal, highway, real estate development, sanitary and marine engineering.

His specialization is in stormwater management, and is considered an expert in the evaluation, design and construction of flood control structures.
